Let me introduce you to my beautiful birthplace HUNGARY.With a wealth of history, culture and traditions.

My name is Tibor Bényi, I was born and grew up in what is known as the "Sunshine City", with an amazing 2100 hours of sunshine. SZEGED is in the Dél-Alfold region. The river TISZA and MAROS join together here.

My background is in electrical engineering, I served my apprenticeship in Szeged, Hungary. Having worked in Germany, Australia and more recently in the UK. For many years I have worked on restoring houses, dating back to the 11th century in some cases. The work on these old houses can sometimes be quite challenging.

I have had the remarkable fortune to have worked with a very experienced builder in the UK for the past five years who really takes care of every detail to the maximum. Plastering and how to repair walls that are so old that are at risk of crumbling when being worked on. Flooring and the techniques used to make what is new look old. Woodwork, doors, beams, old fireplaces, mantel pieces and staircases. I learnt so much that it was almost like serving another apprenticeship. .

So now we are applying all that knowledge to restoration and building in Hungary, for affordable prices, this could be your answer to a descent retirement, holiday home, rental or permanent new address!

Hungary is a country that is running not walking, and now that it is in the EU it is possible for you to have your dream home here. This area of Hungary is extremely accessible with discount airlines such as Ryan Air who have flights directly to Fly Balaton airport and Budapest.
